Definition: Adjective: (1) ~ image: one constructed from extension or geometrical projection of the path of light rays, not from convergence of actual rays of light. * E.g. the reflected image in a mirror is virtual: there is no light 'behind' the mirror. * Antonym: real. (2) ~ reality: computer construction of imaginary or reconstruction of real spaces to simulate experience of three-dimensions. * May include controls or navigation through the 'space' based on human movements e.g. follows turning of head or respond to changes in body's position.
