Definition: Reflected light exposure meter which detects the luminance of a very restricted part or spot of the scene: usually with a field of view in the region of around 1<. * Consists of exposure meter with telescope for relaying light to the light detector together a viewfinder device for accurately aiming the spot. * Modern meters may be able to evaluate flash exposures.
