rainbow hologram

Definition: Hologram made from another a hologram in which change of viewpoint results in change in hue of the image. * A slit transfer hologram: the real image of the original hologram is the object for the rainbow hologram but is copied through a horizontal slit: this largely removes vertical parallax so changes in viewing position views different parts of the dispersion spectrum. * Belongs to class of white-light transmission holograms.
