handle

Definition: On a box enclosing graphics, picture or text: a token or access point which allows the box and/or its contents to be changed in shape, size or to cause allow flow of content e.g. into another box. * Usually shown by small icon e.g. square or handle on the box which must be contacted by the mouse and, usually, dragged to a new shape or size.
