Definition: Measure of colour quality of source of light: expressed in Kelvin. * Colour of light is correlated to the temperature of black body radiator when colour of its radiation matches that of light being measured. * Warm or red colours are relatively 'cool' or are correlated to low colour temperatures; cold or blue colours are correlated to high colour temperatures.
