Definition: 10 Mbps Baseband modulation on Twisted pair: Standard for networking which allows data transmission up to 10Mbps (megabits per second). * An Ethernet standard using twisted pair cables. * Do not confuse with 10-base2 which is similar but uses coaxial cables instead. * Also known as thin Ethernet, or cheapernet.
